What is in our pikinik basket?? Oven fried chicken, spicy pulled pork, baked beans, cucumber potato salad, guacamole, salsa, cherries and more! Another lovely day and we couldn't waste it sitting inside! So we had to do a picnic at one of our favorite little hideaway spots, right up the street. It is a wonderful park that has a picnic area, bike trail, lake and play ground. We like to go bike riding there around the lake on nice days, but today was for noshing and relaxing in sunshine.
